Rolex stainless steel Submariner Date.
This pseudo-vintage watch, dated to 1986, features the older reference of 16800 - since replaced by the 168000, 16610, 116610 and the current iteration 126610.
The first Submariner Date to feature a sapphire crystal glass, the 16800 reference was a key milestone in Rolex evolution.
This particularly example is in very honest condition, with signs of use on the bezel insert, and some play visible on the bracelet. The dial and hands we replaced during its Rolex service in 2014, the receipt and warranty card for which are present. The original green Rolex swing tag is also present.
The original Rolex certificate is NOT present.
The watch is also supplied with its original hand-written purchase receipt.
This is a pre-owned watch and even though it is in very good condition, it is not brand new.
