Return & Refund Policy

At Timeary, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed for orders that have already been prepared for shipment or have left our facility. In such cases, you may need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again (some banks require additional processing time)
  • Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary
  • Verify with your bank that the refund has been processed on their end
